Where do you ship?: A: We currently ship across the UK and selected international locations. You’ll see available options at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?: UK orders take 1-2 working days for processing and typically arrive within 2–4 working days. International delivery times vary by destination but usually range from 5–15 working days.
Can I track my order?: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
I placed my order through TikTok Shop—how can I get help with it?: For any orders placed via TikTok Shop, please contact us directly through the TikTok app. TikTok uses a separate order management system, so we're unable to track or manage those orders through our regular customer service channels. We'll be happy to assist you there!
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?: Yes. All From Amora fragrances are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
How long do the scents last?: Our perfume oils are crafted to last 6–8 hours on the skin, with some lingering notes lasting even longer depending on your skin type and the scent.
